Luis maintained a clear understanding of each phase of the work, guided the crew through all operational requirements, and upheld strict adherence to safety protocols. He also engaged with the customer professionally, answering questions and providing clear explanations throughout the process.The crew supporting Luis brought a high level of craftsmanship and discipline to the project. Their productivity, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment were evident from start to finish.
